Metroid (NES) Speedrun - Without dying

Well, it was time I did this again and had decided on upping the challenge a little.
My old time was 19:42 and with my 18:28 I have shaved over a minute!
But this was once again landed during my first attempt of the day!! So of course I was all over the place.. Had just jumped out of the shower and tried my luck... I have HUGE windows of opportunities here as I had messed up in easy places! This run could have been completed in 17:30 at the most!
My goal for this upload was to beat 18:45...So I'm ok with all this. It will give me another reason to re-visit this one day.
