Segment 3 of an Any% run of Metroid Prime 2: Echoes using the Item Loss Skip. This segment is horrendously long, starting in Dark Agon before the Light Beam, and ending in Sanctuary after Screw Attack. :( Hopefully that explains why it took so long.

...Seriously, though, originally the plan was to save in Sanctuary once I reach Main Gyro Chamber, then combine Screw Attack and the Annihilator skip into one segment. However, I then found the wallcrawl that bypasses the save, meaning I would be combining Agon's stuff and the very beginning of Sanctuary, making it one giant segment... Eventually I just decided to split after Screw Attack and before the Annihilator Skip. I'm certainly glad I did, this segment was hard enough without more than doubling the length. :\

This is a 1:12.667 improvement over the 1:01's Segments 4 and 5; about half of the gain comes from the new wallcrawl.
