Just like in Prime 1, there seems to be a point in this game where you are as powerful as you can possibly get and you have nothing left to do in the game except go back and collect the power-ups you missed and the artifacts (Sky Temple Keys in this case) and you are so OP that every single enemy in the game (except for the final boss which is all that's left) becomes a cake walk and I believe that these two episodes are that transition in this game!
