Moving from Save Station A we enter the large central area take out the Rezbits in the area and move through the door at the top of the room. Next we come to a Morphball puzzle, scan the console in the observation room the morph into the tunnel, activate the bomb slots in the order of orange, blue, red, green to deactivate them and allow us to pass through. The next room we move through ignoring enemies and getting to a Portal Terminal to activate and head into Dark Sanctuary.
In Dark Sanctuary first head to the right and through the door, wait a moment then scan the Dark Tallon Metroid, take it down and scan the Dark Diligence Drone and take both of them out to get to the Missile Expansion (#22). Head back towards the portal and now head into the room directly across from it, scan the Ingworm Cache and proceed to the dork door up ahead. Through the door is an elevator and beyond the elevator is a room with a gap to grapple over, take out the night barbs and grapple across, then before the night barbs respawn use the Dark Visor in the direction we came from and Seeker Missile to drop the barrier on the nearby portal which we then use to get back to Light Sanctuary.
Here we take a quick detour to get Luminoth Lore, then head through the door. Scan the Diligence Class Drone, take it down, then scan the Mechlops below the floor, Morphball down there and avoid or destroy them by giving them a bomb to grab, then pop out on the other side and head through the door. In this room with the large rotating orb and rings, head to the right and use the Morphball Tunnels to reach the far end of this area, blow off the missile shield off the door and head through to get Save Station B.
