I manage to go through a bit more here, as I finally go to the Sanctuary Temple and get the Cobalt translator module. With it, I go face the Spider Guardian. Overall, I never really had trouble with the boss, but it is easier now thanks to the Spring Jump. After getting it, I head all the way back to Torvus Bog (while getting another Sky Temple Key), and face the Power Bomb Guardian, who is the last Ing that has stolen one of Samus’ weapons. Another easy battle, and I head back to Sanctuary and save there, while getting some much needed Power Bomb Expansions on the way.
