Welcome to Part 70 of my Metroid Prime 3 Corruption Walkthrough. I will be starting the majority of my videos from either the save point, or the starting of each main event.

--The AU will repeat what he said before. We need to head to the Spire and place the bomb in order to destroy the seed shield.

I will call in my ship to land and the AU will call in again. I have to return to the AU chamber in order to get the final plan down. Once there the AU will thank us for our work. Apparently we need to shut down the pod manually and drop the bomb right onto it. The AU will do a skytown migration and place us near the seed. It's now our job to ensure it's safe arrival and shut it down manually.

Once on the Spire, the pirates will have detected our presence and will try to stop us. It's time to defend the spire pod!
This isn't TOO difficult as long as you concentrate on the ships rather than the pirates themselves. Hypermode here will make things MUCH easier.
I tried ignoring as much of the pirates as I could.

Once you defend the spire long enough, a cutscene will play and the spire will have arrived right on location, above the shield.
