As we approach the 1st shield generator for the Leviathan,Samus is ambushed by Space Pirates. There's quite a few of them,however,Rundas eventually shows up and takes them out! Sadly,this is no longer the Rundas we knew. He's been possessed by Dark Samus,due to the phazon within him. BOSS FIGHT: Rundas. Love this music. Cannot be harmed while he has ice armor on. Can freeze you solid with an ice beam,or toss a giant icicle at you. Also flies around,and when his HP gets low,he can fire ice shards at you. Can sometimes freeze your missiles if you fire one at him. Has access to Hyper mode. Best thing to do is shoot until he's stunned,then rip his armor off,go Hyper,and unleash a volley. After he's beaten,Dark Samus absorbs him,and you get Ice Missiles,which can freeze explosive gel. When we find the shield generator for the leviathan,there's little we can do about it currently. Need to find a weapon capable of destroying it. Got 2 Missile Expansions on the way back to the ship. Flew back to the landing point we've been to before,and picked up yet another Expansion behind an ice door we couldn't open until now.
