With the codes in hand, Samus allows Federation control of the Leviathan ship as they battle the pirates once more, while she goes into Phaaze and confront the final boss, Dark Samus. She's on the verge of corruption and only by destroying Dark Samus and the infected AU 313, can she destroy the presences of Phazon. Dark Samus is eventually defeated and the Phazon threat is no more, as the hunter reflects back on the memories about her shortly lived allies.
To bad I didn't get 100% completion... but onto the Magnum Opus.
