The Cross Game Cup (CGC) format is a race between teams consisting of two players each, one playing Prime and the other team member playing Echoes in a multiworld and racing against the other team(s) in the same seeds. Teammates are in communication with each other only. Format is really cool and the tournament was also really fun.
Our second match happened after a reschedule and both teams 0-1 and needing a win to have any hope of making brackets. This race turns on one mistake one of the teams make which causes a snowball effect later down the line, allowing the other team to take advantage.
