Here's a bit of a sub-boss kinda. You need to make sure to take out the four joints quickly, and once its mouth opens up, be sure to freeze it so you can do as much damage as possible. Rinse and repeat. It'll sometimes stop and fire it's beam from it's mouth, once it does that, freeze it. With this method, it should be easy to get the bonus objective as well.

Normal Mode:
16,000 needed for three medals
