I improvement by 5 minutes over my previous SS time and this is only 7 minutes slower than my unrecorded segmented run.

This was really good SS run with my stanard. I am really happy with this like i am my 100% SS run too. Both was great playing runs without used savepoints

This run will be really hard to beat for me. Its will requires just used riskier strategys which make risk to die or dying much better.
About my run:

I collect 6 energy tanks. Main reason with this is im not need recharge my energy in any save rooms. I pick up fastest energy tanks so its not really cost much time. Otherwise i was need some energy recharge and its also waste time.

Most dangerous is bomb jump trick after flaahgra. This trick is simply hell on SS runs. Im dying it many times and its always are reset if you dying it. That was really frustrating i just reset over and over. My succesrate are somewhere 33-50% with this trick so its mean im dying it more than completed.


I think only really bad room was PPC 2nd visit. This was incredibly cautions and i have some bad luck with pirates im dying just quite bit here. But im not still dying too much here so its not was disaster. Its hard room and its are killed some SS runs already. Caution playing is more than okay here.

MQA i used easy metroid dash so i reaload this room. Missile dash method is faster, but i personally handled combat dash better than scan dash. I also used easier Ore processing climb method because i usually waste too much time with harder one. Its really easy dying it and this slower intention cost only 7 seconds but i can 100% of the time make this.

Omega Pirate is most dangerous thing after bomb jump after flaahgra. Its could be runkiller. I used 4 pool plasma method which is more consistent than 3 pool and only little bit slower. I make this well i wanted.

Im not use thardus dash. Its just suicide very end of the hard run so i make backtrack route which cost around one more minute than Thardus dash route

Some bad RNG with Meta Ridley, but i handled couple aim shots which are important if rng is bad like this. These aim shots are really hard ones.

Bad mistake with Prime 2nd form. He changed his visor once and its take forever wait next pool. But im still handled this well enought at end. This could be much slower fight than i did. So Prime 2 was still very okay fight.

About my best spots my run:
Really good BJ after flaahgra im not even dying with bombs too much.

PB maze was truly fast. Why fuck i always make great PB maze on SS runs, but never segmented runs? That just ironic luck.

Lifegroove & tunnel was simply awesome. Im not stuck even once its rare even segmented runs.

This gameplay overal was very good. Im not got stuck with any trick and im not miss too much doors and its really look im know what i was doing here. Its important on SS runs. There was just only too much cautions with runkiller tricks but its more than okay because i can,t consisten harder trick with this game very well.

BTW.
There is quite long pause middle of the game. I just visit in toilet because i drink couple beers when i working on this. This just pee me. LOL. But pause not ate ingame time. Ingame time stop when you push pause.
