Here's a walkthrough of Metroid Prime Pinball. All that you need to do to get "100%" in this short game is to beat the Multi Mission mode, and you will have unlocked everything after. I am not a great pinball player, so I didn't even bother to try Expert Mode. Since the screens are not split, it may seem odd at times to see the action go from the top screen to the bottom, and vice versa.

In this part, I go on to the Phazon Mines board and find another hidden Artifact before obtaining the Missile Launcher. That then brings out the Omega Pirate, who is somewhat harder due to the Space Pirates and its Shockwave attack. I die twice on this board, but manage to defeat the Omega Pirate after I blow off his armor with Missiles, which makes him much weaker.
