Here's a walkthrough of Metroid Prime Pinball. All that you need to do to get "100%" in this short game is to beat the Multi Mission mode, and you will have unlocked everything after. I am not a great pinball player, so I didn't even bother to try Expert Mode. Since the screens are not split, it may seem odd at times to see the action go from the top screen to the bottom, and vice versa.

Here is the Artifact Temple board. You can only gain access to it after you have collected all 12 Artifacts, two of which must be obtained from Thardus and the Omega Pirate. Once the Morph Ball hits the center of the table, you will have six different rocks to put into the 12 Chozo Totems on the table (they must be hit once before they can be put in). Normally, this wouldn't be too hard, but Meta Ridley stops by to destroy the rocks, so it's a bit more frantic. Luckily, I manage to do this in one go, and am finally able to advance to the final board.
