Here's a walkthrough of Metroid Prime Pinball. All that you need to do to get "100%" in this short game is to beat the Multi Mission mode, and you will have unlocked everything after. I am not a great pinball player, so I didn't even bother to try Expert Mode. Since the screens are not split, it may seem odd at times to see the action go from the top screen to the bottom, and vice versa.

After you beat the game, you are able to continue the Multi Mission all over again. I just decide to go back to the Pirate Frigate board and don't do much there, and end my Multi Mission game with a score of 9,941,240. If this is the first time you have completed Multi Mission, you would have unlocked the Artifact Temple and Impact Crater boards for Single Mission, as well as Expert Mode.
