Here's a walkthrough of Metroid Prime Pinball. All that you need to do to get "100%" in this short game is to beat the Multi Mission mode, and you will have unlocked everything after. I am not a great pinball player, so I didn't even bother to try Expert Mode. Since the screens are not split, it may seem odd at times to see the action go from the top screen to the bottom, and vice versa.

The premise of this game is to go through different minigames and collect 12 Artifacts, as well as beating both Thardus and the Omega Pirate in order to get to the Artifact Temple board. Once you beat that, you gain access to the final one. This is actually a pretty underrated game, and I have had quite a bit of fun with it.

I go through the Pirate Frigate board in this part, which can be tricky at times. I manage to actually get many Artifacts on this table, along with the hard-to-get Phazon Frenzy mode, which is basically a free Artifact with free points. I go through some Clone Multiball, and finally am able to go to another board.
