24The Thorn Jungle happens to be the location of a Pirate camp. After setting up a shield generator in the depths of the jungle, the Pirates established anti-air cannons to take out any aerial foes foolhardy to attack the shield. Meanwhile, Samus lands at an opening, which the Pirates discover. Using their own Hypermode, the ground forces commence their attack!
Mini-Boss: Korakk Beast
*Reined by a Pirate Hussar, who wields a a Phazon Energy Lance, your first goal should be to try to kill the Hussar. The blast from the Lance has considerable kick-back. Either way, the Korakk Beast attacks by pouncing and charging at Samus. It lashes out its long tongue to grapple Samus, forcing her to resist, lest she be slashed. Hitting the tongue stuns it for a bit, letting you hit its underside with Morph Ball Bombs. When it collapses, that's your cue to swing around its back and Lasso its tail. This will cause it to rear back, exposing its guts for which you to blast with Phazon.
