This is segment 1 of my segmented speed run of Metroid: Zero Mission 100%. I'm working on a segmented run for fun since this is my first segmented run I've ever started, and also partly for practice for single segment runs.

This segment sucks by the way. Never want to touch this again. The climb right after cave worm was really sloppy, and hive room was not optimal, but I got the double missile and nailed the rest of the hellish tricks.
