Segment 5 of the Big Boss run: Gunner battle.

As you can see in the beginning, GRAB THE FRICKIN CLAYMORES! You NEED them to slow the tank down if you want ANY chance in hell of getting a clean shot with your grenades. Lay the claymores in places that you expect the Gunner will eventually traverse, and they will slow his movement speed down considerably. That makes it MUCH easier to take good shots at him.

I suggest using a stun grenade first, so you can lay the claymores down without being bombarded by gunfire.
