Diamonds are easy to find, there's a pack of jackals around them. File is in the same room as radio station and commander. he is wearing red beret.
Knock down or kill all soldiers guarding the containers so they won't be able to notice anything. To extract on fulton you must hold E while standing next to it (or whatever button you use for deploying it).
