I recommend CGM 25 rocket launcher and some good grenade launcher as primary weapons. As soon as mission starts throw a supply flare on the ground and start shooting at his head. At some point after rust rain he will jump towards you and the time will slow down, that's when Floating Boy appears and you can shoot him and stun Sahelanthropus. Do not destroy it before that.
