Chico really surprised me as a character in these briefing files. Considering how he was displayed as a character in the game, I thought the entire focus was going to be on his place as a victim in this circumstance, but instead, they focused on what he loves and fascinates over. This was a much better decision, and it actually allowed me as a viewer of the story to be able to connect with Chico before they brought the more heavy stuff out. Of all the Briefing files, Chico is the one that I enjoyed the most to listen to because he has some of the funniest and most charming dialogue of any character in this game.
