Notes:

Yes, this mission can also be completed while getting No Traces but it's a hassle. There are very few things you are actually allowed to do to harm the Skulls:

- Ram them with a vehicle
- Sprint Punch them with the Blast Arm
- CQC counter them (it *does* hurt them)

I've tried going for all of the above and it worked, but as you can see the execution is so-so. You can get them stuck in a loop of melee attacks and CQC, but it's tricky. Youtube user Fulton Hardy, who has mentionned this to me, does it quite well and on extreme, no less:
