I forgot about that dumb combat deployment I sent my soldiers to, sorry about the pop-up.
Pretty straight-forward, just go from the right side of the village and go in to get Miller, don't run inside the building because there's a guard right behind the wall to the left of Miller;
Going out there's a guard that will almost always see you, but won't spot you, so go down without any worries;
And that's pretty much it, you can still get a no traces bonus if you get spotted by the skulls, but being hit by them will end the bonus and ruin the run, so I played safe, nothing too fancy.
