150MGS5 ghost run in Hard Mode with no kills, KOs, tranquilizers or hold-ups, and no retries or reflex. It's a pure ghost stealth approach with only the use of magazine jackets for distracting guards.
As far as I'm aware, this is the only run of it's kind, though I have not searched to back up that claim. I took a hiatus from playing this game after getting 100% completion to play other stealth games and decided to come back and invest more time to do a complete ghost stealth run on GZ hard mode.
Toward the end where I pickup Paz I nearly blow it by being spotted by a camera, but what can you do when it's late at night and you lose your focus, lol. Overall this was much more challenging than comparable stealth missions in other pure stealth or stealth-action games, though mostly due to the compound going on alert towards the end when they notify CP that Paz is missing.
