488Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020's latest Development Update apart from the plans of the VR Releases has items of interest that include the Sim Update 2, VR Final Testing phases as well as the preparations for the World Update 3. Along with that, another list of items to take care of along with Marketplace Add-Ons, SDK updates and the Development Roadmaps.

Under the SDK UPDATE, Asobo is still focusing our efforts on improving the new Visual Effects system performance. The corresponding editor has now reached its first basic functional version.
On the Scenery Editor side, the heightmaps edition is now ready and will be available in a future update. Object grouping feature is still WIP.
Third Party Updates - An always growing list that shows progress every week.
The quality of add-ons have improved overall with many updates on purchased items.
So far, 446 Airports are either released or in production, that's quite a number, 92 Aircrafts and 40 Sceneries have been released or in production.
