Via WineVDM aka otvdm that is. 64-bit versions of Windows dropped support for the NTVDM which was present in 32-bit editions of Windows but was removed due to processor limitations. WineVDM allowed for limited backwards compatibility with DOS and 16-bit Windows applications via Wine and a MAME x86 core.

It works more or less fine but they're a curiosity at most as some features are broken if not malfunctioning. Not to mention that you should just use the latest Office version and get on with it.
