microsoft store issue and the trojan horse virus

0Hi, so i haven't upload videos for a long time. But this is the issue that I have to open up. There are two problems and oneof them is serious and scary.
1. microsoft store for some reason having issues. Although I found a solution, it was annoying and frustrating. But this is not that serious
2. Adwcleaner have detected a trojan horse in my computer. This trojan named trojan.agent was detected in my windows directory as a folder called rss. But deleting it can cause my browsers or my internet not working.
So that is all my problems that I'm facing right now. I don't know if I should reinstall windows again just because of my brother's previous situation. Hopefully by opening up this issue can calm me down because how scared I was.
