Mid-roll ads

I hear you. I believe you. Now, I have proof that what you're saying is true, and I've sent it to YouTube Partner Support to assist in their investigation of why it happens.
I want to see this resolved as quickly as possible so we can all continue to access our favorite content on YouTube without interruption. In the meantime, if you use the official YouTube app on an Apple mobile device (like an iPhone or iPad), you may need to temporarily use an alternative site or app so you aren't startled awake in the middle of the night. Check the description of the video you want to use and you'll find a list of links to other platforms you can try.
If anyone from YouTube is watching: as you can see, I could really use your help. Though I am frustrated, it is not my intention to be antagonistic or accusatory. I simply need to be honest with my viewers about what's going on and give them a temporary workaround. Let's fix this.
