About Middle Park East:
Middle Park East is a 4-block neighborhood located in the northern region of Algonquin, Liberty City.
It shares the same characteristics with its neighbouring districts, Lancaster and Hatton Gardens. Middle Park East contains a variety of several high-rise apartments and commercial buildings, including one of Niko's safehouses.
It is assumed that many businessmen in Algonquin reside in Middle Park East, since the area is filled with businessmen walking around.
Unlike Middle Park West, these two neighborhoods have opposite personalities. Middle Park West and its surrounding area are centered on the arts and culture, whereas Middle Park East and its neighbours are more focused on business and commerce.
It is based on the Upper East Side, a high-end residential/commercial neighborhood in Manhattan.

About the game:
Grand Theft Auto IV (also known as GTA IV or GTA 4, released 2008) is the eleventh title in the Grand Theft Auto series. The game was developed by Rockstar North and was published and released by Rockstar Games for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. The Xbox 360 and PS3 versions were released worldwide to widespread hype on April 29, 2008. The PC version was released on December 3, 2008.
GTA IV is heavily influenced by Russian gangster movies, and Niko Bellic's physical appereance is based on the character of Sasha, a Bulgarian sniper who works as a mercenary for the Bosnian-Serb Srpska paramilitary organization, from the movie Behind Enemy Lines.
Set within the fictional Liberty City, based on New York City, the single-player story follows Eastern European war veteran Niko Bellic and his attempts to escape his past while under pressure from loan sharks and mob bosses.
