About the apartment:
Apartment 6 is a high-end apartment located at 7302 San Andreas Avenue, in Little Seoul.
For some reason, the apartment is unavailable for purchase and is inaccessible, despite existing within the game world. As a result, several YouTube channels call it the 'unused apartment'.
Its interior is the same as several of the purchasable online apartments (1 of 2 interior layouts available for online apartments), but its heist office has a map of the state on the plans wall, and a lounge-like area instead of an armory.
The apartment is also noticeably darker despite having all lights turned on, probably because the game developers haven't added final lighting values since the apartment isn't available for purchase.

About the game:
Grand Theft Auto Online, more commonly known as GTA Online, is a story-driven online multiplayer action-adventure game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. The game was originally released on October 1, 2013, accessed for free through Grand Theft Auto V. A standalone version of the game was released on March 15th, 2022.
Since its original release in 2013, Grand Theft Auto Online is considered by Rockstar Games as the series' dedicated multiplayer title, set in a continually evolving world designed to grow in size and ambition over time.
The game is set in Southern San Andreas in the United States and the island of Cayo Perico in the Caribbean region of Colombia. While the game was initially set a few months prior to the events of Grand Theft Auto V in 2013, the narratives of more recent updates, starting with 2017's Gunrunning update, take place in their respective years of release.
