Nekravol used to drop an item over 26% of the time before Wednesday May 17th, now it is below 16%. Seeing a similar pattern with chapter 9. Drop rate was bad enough already, and would give out useless duplicates, now it is worse.

Edit: Chapter 9 drop rate significantly lower than prior experience, was 45.3% now 24.5%. P value below 0.018.
