Just like Beck, Gunvolt got to try his luck going through the Waterworks Bureau. Of course it means that since he doesn’t have elemental advantages, he has to rely on his skills to get it done. It’s no laughing matter. That and I had this packed in advance and I need to at least get it in before it’s too late.
