As a big Nitroplus Blasterz fan I had high hopes for this game, going as far as to import it from Japan. Ultimately I wasn't a big fan of it given the more restrictive use of assists, the element aspects which I could never understand and the bizarrely restrictive limitations on Riesz's links, (only 2 supers, one of which can only connect after two point blank normals. Big Super only connecting from the 3rd and 5th hit of 236C, but not the 4th. etc.).

Cancelling Supers into level 3 assist and DPs into level 2 assists just can of hold you in place and you don't get to continue your offense/pressure like NPB which was a big aspect of the fun.

Anyway, I bought this years ago and I thought I'd give it another spin before putting it back on the shelf.
