10 medium potatoes ( ~2kg)
750g Minced Meat
1litter water (you can used 1/2 water quantity if you want to be more like a stew)
Spices
2 bay leafs
Optional 200g of Parmesan (at the end over our dish)

10 minutes Brown
27 minutes Pressure Cook
