Mind Your Language Season 2 but it's just Sid
0Sid, or Sidney, is the caretaker of the school where Mr Brown works as, and is employed by Ms Courtney. His duties involve cleaning up the school as well managing the keys and making sure everything is neat and tidy and in order. He does get perks such as free coffee, which was mentioned in Season 2. He is a Cockney, who often speaks in Rhyming slang.
In this season, he seem to have a somewhat major role in this season, when there was a missing coach in the school trip, with connections to his brother-in-law who owns a coach business, he borrows a coach from him and uses it for the school trip.
As well as the fact he took Ranjeet's money by mistake instead of returning it to the police station as suggested by Gladys. He in turn uses 100 pounds to buy a betting ticket which he almost won. He still helped Ranjeet get back the 100 pounds by doing the lady card trick in public.
He also was the one who recognized the "Queen" and informed Ms Courtney about it.
His brother in law was in prison with Albert, to which Sid knows that Albert is a conman and warned Mr Brown who warned Ms Courtney about it, saving her from a scam
Sid did not make a major appearance in a few episodes.
He also attempted to get extra money by playing the lady card trick with Max but that backfired
Sid was also the MC in the school concert to which he introduces the performances and performers.
