Minecraft Snapshot 16w20a is here - our first look at Minecraft 1.10! Here are some features I didn't cover in the video:
- Magma blocks can be crafted; recipe currently requires 4 magma cream in a 2x2
- Villages now generate with bridges or paths over water
- Villages can now appear in Savanna and Taiga biomes
- Blocks affected by gravity now have particle effects if they would fall when updated
- Mesa biomes now generate Abandoned Mineshafts at surface level, with some gold ore near the entrance
- The death message from Magma block damage is '[Player Name] discovered the floor was lava'
- F3+G now shows chunk boundaries
- 'NoGravity' added as a tag
- 'Limit' tag for loot tables
