Commands Used in Video

scoreboard objectives add Timer dummy
scoreboard players add @a Timer 1
scoreboard players reset @a[scores={Timer=100..}] Timer
execute if score @p Timer matches 20 run

I would put all in repeating command blocks (Always Acitve, Unconditional)
So people leaving and joining the server continue to be added.

20tx = 1 sec (so work in multiple of 20)
