UPDATE: I know I said I wasn't going to just change the title, but the Minecraft 1.2.3 update was very minor so the installation is exactly the same :).
This is an awesome mod that will allow you to give yourself items, change the time of day, turn rain on or off, and it will allow you to switch from survival to creative mode as well!
