This machine automatically gathers items into a chest, which it empties into a minecart when full. Once the chest is emptied, the minecart is sent away to the unloading station, which could be anywhere you choose.

When the minecart reaches the unloading station, it empties itself and is then sent back down to the filling station, where it waits to collect another chestful of items for transportation and storage.
