In this video I explore just SOME of the additions to Minecraft from the new 1.9 snapshot, and how they can be used for building.
Stuff I didn't cover in this video:
- Trapdoors no longer need to be attached to a block
- Grass can be turned into grass path by right-clicking with a shovel
- Mycelium goes REALLY WELL with purpur/end stone builds.
- Shulkers (a new mob)
- New potion effects and HUD for potion effects
- New arrows
- Left-handedness and the 'off-hand'
