This guide shows the route to each secret rune in Minecraft Dungeons.These runes become available after defeating the Arch Illager on the default difficulty. The church can be found by going across the jump pads that appear after clearing the main story in the hub world and going south. Each rune can then be found on any difficulty and the stages can be exited immediately after. The runes must be brought to the church to open a new room and the Secret Mooshroom level is then unlocked.
