Create scoreboard:
/scoreboard objectives add Jumps minecraft.custom:minecraft.jump
Show scoreboard:
/scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar Jumps
Hide scoreboard:
/scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar
Detect player jumping:
/execute as @r at @s if entity @s[scores={Jumps=1..}]
Display title:
/title @a title [{"selector":"@r[scores={Jumps=1..}]","color":"gold","bold":"true"}]
Display subtitle:
/title @a subtitle [{"text":" Just Jumped","color":"#FF0000","bold":"true"},{"text":"!","color":"aqua","bold":"true"}]
Reset scoreboard:
/scoreboard players reset @r[scores={Jumps=1..}] Jumps
Hide command block output:
/gamerule commandBlockOutput false
