The light block was added to minecraft java edition in a snapshot for minecraft 1.17, but was already added to bedrock edition during minecraft 1.13! The light block emits a light level corresponding to the number displayed on the bottom left or the top left of the light block item.

How to get the light block in java edition: /give @p light{BlockStateTag:{level:"7"}} 1
How to get the light block in bedrock edition: /give @p light_block 1 7
