Minecraft Java 1.16.5 How To Install OptiFine Without Java (on Windows) (Tutorial)
38In this video I will show you how to install and run Optifine on Windows 10 without ever installing Java on your system. Normally you would install Java to get the Optifine installer to work, but with the method shown in this video, you can do it without installing java. The method makes use of the pre-existing java file in the Minecraft Launcher directory so pay attention to the command prompt commands that are used.
If you are using a default regular installation of Minecraft then your default folder might be stored in "C:\Program Files (x86)\...." so just replace the games folder showing in this video with that, making sure you start the process in the root C:\ directory. If you are stuck just type "cd.." without the inverted commas a few times to get it to go to the root directory. Any further questions please ask below!
