In this video I show you how to show & display your FPS (Frames Per Second) so you can check your FPS in Minecraft Java edition with a fps counter using 3 different methods. You can use Minecraft's built-in debug console (F3 Key) as well as OptiFine & Fabric Mod to show the FPS in the top left of your screen. Each method is different and will help you show the current average fps you are getting in the game so you can easily check your performance in game by looking at the fps counter in the top left corner of the screen. This way you wont have to use external applications like Fraps or MSI Afterburner to check your FPS in Minecraft if you don't want to.

Played on Minecraft Java version 1.17.1 Caves and Cliffs update, and should be doable in future version too!
