The Erebus is a dimension about all kinds of arthropods and other invertebrates, located deep below the Overworld. These vast lands were once created by the Godess Gaea, but are now infested with all kinds of hostile creatures. Travel to this subterranean world and discover it's secrets!
The Erebus is designed to provide a perfect environment to live in, while keeping it very dangerous. Currently, the base work for the dimension is being worked on (mobs, biomes, blocks, etc).
This mod plays well with both magic-based mods and tech-based mods, having features such as Thaumcraft aspect support (being worked on) and various commonly used ores such as Copper and Tin that you can turn on in the config.
The Erebus has some magnificent things planned. Game changing dungeons, amazing terrain, and an in-depth RPG system that will allow you to experience the Erebus to its full extend.
Information about the insect mobs:
Beetle - Passive, Panic when hit, Attracted by wheat (can't breed)
Fly - Passive
Tarantula - Stronger version of Spider
Mosquito - Climb on your head suck blood, Kill them or jump in water
Bot Fly - Give you hunger effect
Centipede - Spit Poison
Scorpion - Run at you, Pick you up, Pinch you & sting you.
Antlion - Burrow into sand, attack while hidden
Solifuge - Fast & charge at you
Firebrat - Variant of Silverfish, Light players on fire
Black Widow - Bite giving Wither effect, big ones trip you with web
Moth - Passive, like bats
Grasshopper - Passive, Jump in air & panic when hit
Locust - FIRST MINI BOSS - Sometimes fly to attack
Wasp - Stings can poison, one of the most dangerous non boss mobs
Bombardier Beetle - Explosions to attack & can smash into homes
Glow Worm - Passive, emit light in their radius
Erebus Spider - Stronger version of Spider
Money Spider - Like cave spider, smaller than spider
Praying Mantis - Blend into enviroment & ambush you
