After many more hours of digging, spelunking and researching the Minecraft wiki, I present to you: INFINITE TETRIS. Surely, you can't demand anything more from me now...?

Thanks to everyone watching these videos! I appreciate the comments and feedback!

UPDATE: Looks like the tutorial I was promising isn't happening, after all. Everything you need to figure out how to make something like this is available in the Minecraft Wiki. The "redstone circuits" section, specifically. If you scrounge enough, you can probably figure out how this works. So to help you with that, here's a Creative world with nothing but a slightly refined version of what you see in this video: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1098605/Tetris%20Song.rar

The way redstone and music blocks interact has changed since this video was made, so I was forced to update it to work somewhat differently. However, it's also a fair bit smaller as a result, so if you're planning on editing it out and pasting it into your world, it should be easier to fit in. Enjoy.

UPDATE AGAIN: Someone asked for the notes in written format, so I dug up the scraps I had put together for the tutorial that never happened. Here's the sheet music written in number of clicks to each note block. A dash denotes one beat of silence: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1098605/tetris.txt
