Minecraft: Naming an Adult Villager in Survival (Problem fixed in 16w33a)
563I saw this idea in Etho's video. You can spam right click and theoretically name a villager. The problem is, that it is almost impossible to do that. The game is too fast and your mouse too slow. You can use a software emulating right click and name the villager that way.... but that is too cheaty and so we will look at a different option... an option that includes 150 zombies. :-D
Update:
There is also another option how to name a villager. I've learned this thanks to nixfriarr's comment. You can stand inside (out of the hitbox) a nether portal and directly name a villager who is next to it. It creates a bug that the trading window is opened without showing, but by accessing any other window (e.g. press E twice) it fixes it.
