Tweak rendering distance to 2(minimum) to reach 30 FPS.
Or
Tweak rendering fineness to 0.5. Then FPS will be increased a lot, but has a little vague, it's totally acceptable with 720P display. Here you may tweak the rendering distance to 8 (middel) you can get 40FPS, but not stable, so it was locked 30 FPS in this video.
Just with default power 7W, you don't need set anything more.
