I'm very glad to have gotten such a great time on such a fantastic map. Terra Restore has been my favorite minecraft map to date, probably because it's not too tough, and I like the music :3 It's up there with Ragecraft 2 and Diversity 1/2. I really look forward to running the next one!

I only made 6-7 attempts at this run, sadly. I don't have as much time as I would like, and to improve I would likely have to get very VERY lucky. Looking back, however, I can see a few strategies and redstone manipulations that could land you at a sub 45 minute run. Regardless, that's very difficult, would involve insane luck, and the rout is already very optimized.

One of the major tricks I use in this map is to clip through into a major redstone area at 8:05. I personally don't consider this "leaving the map boundaries" as it's merely entering a redstone portion. It will be noted, however, that I kept from grabbing wools accidentally placed around the map and the ones in this redstone portion because there is explicitly a rule saying you must get those from wool boxes. Also, this run would be like 5 minutes if I did that, and that's not very fun xD

On the note of possible rule breaking, I also modified the map to make it always appear first in my saves. This is so that I don't have to scroll down all the way to play it whenever I want. This was using an nbt editor and has no effect on gameplay. This might violate some of the classic running rules, so I hope you guys can forgive me :P

I use wsplit for my timing and fraps for recording. Because of this, I don't actually have a timer that displays in a video :( If you know a timer that I can use with fraps that would let me do this, I would highly appreciate it :)

► Standard CTM Speedrunning Rules

1. Follow the Map Rules.
2. No texture/resource packs that give an unfair advantage over other runners(e.g. X ray). Any Texture/Resource Pack required by the map bypasses this rule.
3. No Mods that alter gameplay. Optifine and mods required by the map bypass this rule.
4. Difficulty cannot be changed once the timing starts. Don't Play on peaceful unless told so.
5. All runs are single player unless the map is explicitly multiplayer.
6. The maps can be run in any compatible release version of Minecraft (no snapshots). Compatible versions are versions that are greater than or equal to the version that the map was released for.
7. Bonus Chests and cheats are not allowed.
8. You may not read or write to the world files outside of Minecraft in any way.
9. No time will be accepted without video proof. No exceptions. Co-op maps require video proof from all the players.
10. You may not use any program that can generate a map of the seed.
11. Runs must be played in survival or hardcore mode.
12. The timer must not be paused during the run. If it is, the time it was paused will be added to the run final time.
13. The timing will begin when you have control of the player and end when you have finished the map.
